Connect ChatGPT or Codex

Install Xero Connector by Meridian once, then use it from supported ChatGPT and Codex surfaces.

Open ChatGPT plugins
  1. Open the Plugins directory. Search for Xero Connector by Meridian and confirm the developer is Pilot.com, Inc.
  2. Install and connect it. Select Install plugin, then choose the connector sign-in action when prompted. Xero Connector by Meridian will open in your browser.
  3. Allow access. Sign in if needed, review the connected Xero organizations and requested read or write access, then return to ChatGPT or Codex.
  4. Use the plugin. In ChatGPT or Codex, start a new conversation and select Xero Connector by Meridian from your installed plugins. In Codex CLI, open /plugins, install the same plugin, and start a new session.

Can’t find the plugin listing?

If your ChatGPT workspace permits custom MCP connectors, add Xero Connector by Meridian with the MCP server URL below and choose OAuth when ChatGPT asks how it authenticates.
